Guitar 77 has long been making in-roads into the guitar market with some nifty offerings. ![]()
T hey are the only store in town to handle handmade Luthier guitars from Churchill - there are only six pieces of these masterly crafted guitars available in a year, so if you want to start saving up for one, they're priced at around a cool $11000 dollars. Feel that hole in your pocket burning? Fortunately, the rest of the stock won't burn as huge a hole in your pocket. Guitar 77 brings in several Australian guitar brands, whom as Dennis Lim, one of the partners who started the store, reveals, produce excellent guitars but have thus far been unheard of compared to their American counterparts. Watch out for brands like Maton and Coleclark which the store stocks well. The three partners who started the store are guitar collectors themselves, sharing close to 100 instruments between them. To spread their love for playing and performing the instrument, they also make it a point to help their customers out, passing on gig and networking opportunities whenever they can. - To visit Guitar 77, head down to No. 5 Coleman Street, #B1-23, Excelsior Hotel, Tel: +65 6333-3385, Fax: +65 6333-3386, or contact them at sales@ guitar77.com. |
