The good old times in Singapore are over... We don't need that dirty money anymore.
With the battle for the biggest share of the yoga market, we've all seen some irrational behaviors such as attempts to patent yoga poses which almost make you lose your cool.
Well there's one studio that seeks to heat things up in two specially-designed yoga rooms with custom-made heating systems.
Absolute Yoga specializes in Hot Yoga and additionally offers a range of yoga classes to suit the personal styles of its students. It's also the first school in Singapore to offer Hot Yoga classes in Mandarin starting from this June.
Hot Yoga is a fixed series of yoga postures done in a room heated to 38¡C. The heat benefits the body mainly by allowing the body to stretch more easily and facilitates detoxification through sweating.
Hot Yoga is designed for beginners (slower pace with lots of instruction) and enables any new students to learn quickly. Absolute Yoga's new flagship studio on River Valley Road (at Valley Point Shopping Centre Unit #02-01) has over 200 lockers and 16 showers and allows students to enjoy full amenities and services within a boutique space with friendly staff and instructors to make visitors and students always feel welcome.
The studio possesses a boutique feel with friendly staff and supportive instructors, and is designed to create a sense of well-being upon entering. Attending classes in the custom-made heated studio is even more of a treat with all the amenities provided at their beautiful studios (including yoga mats, towels, locker rooms, showers and toiletries)
They also offer a 200-hour Hot Yoga teacher training course in Koh Samui, Thailand

Antagonism and hatred, ill-feeling and jealousy are rife in any society, and Singapore does not escape its fare share...
