Soul food with a kiss...

Mark Twain once noted that "New Orleans food is as delicious as the less criminal forms of sin." If like me, you've had the chance to live in that fine city, you know exactly what he means. I don't think there's any other place in the world that has such love for food... except maybe Singapore.

And now Bisou Bar down at China Square has flown in Nawlin's Chef Miguel, who whipped up an ala carte menu of popular New Orleans fare 'soul food' including the famous "PoBoy" French Bread Sandwich which comes with a meat or fish filling of your choice.

One of the highly-recommended signature dishes on Bisous' new menu is the main course of Firecracker Prawns (pictured) and a full range of Creole & Cajun dishes, and before you ask the inevitable question, "What's the difference between Creole and Cajun?" just get your butt there for a real education on good eatin'.
