Spinelli's gets it right

Spinelli's is long known as one of the better (quality and priced) coffee houses in Singapore, so good is it fact that I never have to think twice... just walk in and order whatever coffee suits my mood. So imagine my surprise when I set my sights on their very impressive lunch menu.

Their sandwiches are so well made, I secretly suspect they're gonna give up the coffee biz and open a strictly sandwich show. Most impressive was the Club Sandwich (grilled chicken, tomatoes, fresh greens, bacon) and the vegetarian delight Caponato with Mozzarella Cheese (eggplant, celery, onion, red bell pepper, capers, black olives, red wine vinegar.

Salad lovers MUST try the 3 Spin Salad (you get to pick up to 3 salads in one combination), with choices like the Bearnaise Chicken Salad, the exotic Persian Rice Salad, succulent Tomato & Corn Salad and my fave, the Potato Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette.

They have so many locations, there's sure to be one near you, so check it out for lunch!
