![]() A new microbrewery in Dempsey Hill! Ernest Ng is a passionate beer brewer who has been home brewing since 1998, and has taken this love of suds to new heights by opening the first microbrewery at Dempsey Hill Green. Personally responsible for the brewing of all the beers sold here, expect experimentation and artistry with every glass like the innovative and refreshing wheat beer infused with lime, or the Monster Green Lager brewed with spirulina, in addition to more traditional beers. Man does not live by beer alone, so RedDot BrewHouse is offering a variety of char-grilled items, plus an extensive menu that features modern European cuisine - including appetisers such as the Caprese Salad and mouth-watering main courses such as the pumpkin lasagna, marbled beef and prawns wrapped in bacon - the creativity is not limited to the beers alone. RedDot BrewHouse is housed in a historic 10,000 square feet colonial building that was once part of the Tanglin Barracks built in the 1860s. Ernest and his wife Mui Lee have leveraged their expertise in building conservation and have restored the building to its original pristine condition, enhancing the unique historic charm and rustic flavour of the microbrewery.
