H ead down to Paulaner Brauhaus the next time you are in town. Offering freshly brewed German beer paired with traditional Bavarian cuisine, this two-level pub and restaurant presents a uniquely different drinking and dining experience. On the ground level, strategically placed lights illuminate the bar below, creating an intimate mood as the colors subtly change. ![]() Famous for beer and bratwursts (more commonly known to Singaporeans as big sausages (no pun intended)) Paulaner Brauhaus is great for rowdy groups with a big appetite for beer. Booth seats are positioned to give privacy and warm lighting adds to the relaxing ambiance. The restaurant on the second level offers a cozy, authentic German atmosphere to enjoy your meals, complete with a 16th century maypole as the centerpiece. This is a great place to just sit back and watch the world go by. - Paulaner Brauhaus, #01-01, Millenia Walk, 9 Raffles Boulevard, 039596, Tel: +65 68832572, www.paulaner.com.sg.
