Famous for their handmade soon kueh. It’s not uncommon for people to place orders for a few hundred at a time.
The soft skin is a little too thick for our liking, but their crunchy radish and mushroom filling is very yummy. They use less hay bee (dried shrimps) and do not use bamboo shoots at all. We like their ku chye kueh (chive dumplings) as well.
