Even avid meat lovers will not be left wanting here. The owner’s skill with the wok and in producing such delicious dishes always makes us drool in anticipation and wonder if the food is really completely vegetarian. A must try is the Shredded Ginger Duck which is actually deepfriend cruncy strips of beancurd and crispy ginger drenched in a dark peppery sauce. Extremely savoury, the ‘duck’ is as good without the sauce. We also always order the Sweet Sour Prawn and Taiwan Beancurd.
