We were initially divided on whether the dry or the soup version was better. What swung the vote in favour of the dry version was their shoik chilli and the crunchy pieces of pork lard and fried shallots. The noodles have a good springy texture and are thoroughly mixed in a scrumptious sauce. The wantan skin is not thick and has good pork filling. Of the three wantan mee stalls we tried at the food centre, it had the best soup.
